I found this easy recipe on Pinterest (see original post here) and my sweet, loving husband made it for me last night since I was sick and couch-ridden. (Being sick has its perks when you have a husband like mine!)
They were such a yummy and guilt-free hit with both us and my in-laws, that I decided to make more– for YOU!
ENJOY!
Ingredients:
2 bananas (the older and mushier the better!)
1 cup of quick oats
1/2 cup-1 cup chocolate chips (or nuts, butterscotch, whatever you prefer! I used chocolate though, naturally)
Step 1- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium sized bowl until most of the large clumps are smashed.
Step 2- Stir in 1 cup quick oats until blended.
Step 3- Fold in chocolate chips (or whatever your substitute is)
Step 4- Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons on a nonstick baking sheet.
Step 5- Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool.
Cookies will be sweet, gooey, and absolutely addicting!!!
